Royal LePage, established in 1913, is Canada’s most recognised real estate brand. For Royal LePage Coast Capital (RLPCC) in Victoria and Royal LePage Sterling (RLP Sterling) in Vancouver, real estate is as much a passion as it is a business. The brokerages believe in supporting and developing their team of agents while giving back to the community. To support their commitment to agents, buyers and sellers, and the wider community, these brokerages realised a need to lift their organic social media presence.

To stay relevant and engaging in an increasingly competitive industry, RLPCC and RLP Sterling reached out to Something to Say to develop and implement a long-term social media strategy that would:

MY APPROACH

The approach fosters conversation, interaction, and community building by delivering posts around foundational themes. These themes provide a strategic framework for maintaining a consistent and cohesive social media presence that appeals to a broad audience. The content strikes a balance between being accessible and authentic while also maintaining a modern, professional, and polished look.

Leveraging strong relationships with RLP agents and local industry influencers is crucial. Agents are positioned as trusted sources of local real estate knowledge and given ample opportunities to repurpose and share content within their networks for maximum reach. The strategy leverages the growing interest in short-form video content, particularly among younger generations, to further engage and expand audiences.
